These Terms govern your use of tradeIenda.com (the "Service") operated by Trade Lenda (12 Idowu Taylor Street, Lagos 101233, Nigeria). By using the Service you accept these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of NG.

Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lagos, NG, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.
